Shipping​

– How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time for orders is 24 working hours since the order is placed and for digital products mostly its within an hour since the order is placed.​

– What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free as its a digital product delivered online.​

– What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If 24 hours have elapsed since the confirmation of your order & you have not received it, please contact us through our toll free number or email.​

– Which are our shipping costs?

TECHNEX SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED does not offer goods but only services, so shipping cost are not gazed at. Otherwise, the service is performed in case of being in a personalised package before paying and, in case of buying a pre-estabilished package at most 24 hours later.

Refunds

– How do I do a refund?

If you are not satisfied about one of our products or service, you can do it by contacting us on our toll free or email us at info@technexsolutions.net.

The purchased product may not have met your expectations. Do not worry, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order. The amount corresponding to the returned product (s) will be reimbursed in approximately 48 hours.​

For orders of service plans, a fill refund will be issued if TECHNEX SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED  has been unable to resolve even a singles issue for you within the first 48 hours of order of service.​

If one or more issues are resolved, the order of service service fees will be partially refundable. Although TECHNEX SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED may, in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agree to refund of order fees after deducting charges for customer service.​

For incident-based plans, you will be eligible for reimbursement when any of the following criteria is met:

  • You have all the prerequisites necessary to resolve the issue, and the issue was not resolved until the time count was active.

  • The issue is beyond the scope of the plans.

  • 30 days have not elapsed after the problem was worked by a TECHNEX SOLUTIONS technician.

Cancelation

​

If you are not sure of your purchase you can cancel your order without problems, as long as it has not been processed (in this case the right of withdrawal could be exercised). You can do it by sending an email to info@technexsolutions.net. The payment of the amount paid will be made through the same method you used when making the payment.
In the case of canceling or not accepting a confirmed order regarding products expressly purchased for the client, TECHNEX SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED, may demand the payment of a minimum compensation of 50% of the purchase-sale price, as compensation for damages, as well as all storage costs.

-How is the payment done?

The payment will be done online through our website using your credit card or paypal.

TECHNEX SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED  does not collect financial data but only the necessary personal information  established in the privacy policy. Only the payment gateway will be able to collect financial information of the client.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal is only applicable for individuals. NOT legal entities.
The right of withdrawal will no apply to products such as software, custom equipment. In the case of products with associated digital download code, it is an essential requirement not to have downloaded the content in order to proceed with the full refund. If you have already enjoyed this download, the amount to be refunded will be deducted.
